A consultation is ideal for clients that want to stage their own home but they don’t know where to start!

A walk through of the home and evaluation is done.  The evaluation will include notes with suggestions for updates, furniture placement, decor suggestions, colour schemes and any repairs necessary that would maximize the value of your home.

Occupied Staging

Starts at 1500.00

The majority of our work is in this space.  With occupied staging, we work with the client’s existing furniture.

We bring in our own inventory (rugs, pillows, artwork, bedding, accessories) to complement what the client already has.

We rearrange the room to create the best flow and appeal for your potential buyers.  With using the client’s existing furniture, it keeps the staging cost at a minimum!

 Vacant Home Staging

Vacant homes are a tough sell on the market.  As beautiful as your home may be, it is often hard for buyers to visualize the full potential that a space has to offer.

Having furniture and decor can transform a home that was once a cold and empty space into a place where buyers can envision themselves living in.

Vacant home staging includes furniture, decor rental, as well as staging services to complement and style the space
